In all cases, your order is shipped in the most cost effective way possible. We use a standard "Weight + Distance" formula as supplied by our shipper and have found that GROUND shipping gets the parcel to you in a reasonable and effective way. Most GROUND shipments arrive within 3-5 days anywhere in the USA. Our handling charge is kept to a minimum to cover the cost of packing and insurance and is the best way to serve our customers and is automatically added to your order.
You will notice that the ACTUAL shipping weight will be MORE than the product weight shown in the description. We try to be as accurate as possible and only show you the actual NET weight of your item. Obviously, the shipping and packing material will increase the weight of the shipped item.
Our carrier of choice is UPS and they have offered the least expensive portal to portal charge. When you place your order, the computer will automatically apply those costs in the shopping cart depending on your choice of delivery, i.e, GROUND, Next Day, Express, etc. In the case of multiple orders, the computer will override and we will manually adjust the shipping and handling costs to benefit you. If it is possible to include multiple items in the same carton, we will do that and you will be charged only ONE fee. All items shipped will have automatic insurance up to $100 so you are protected for loss/damage issues to that amount.
There are certain instances where an additional "LARGE BOX FEE" will be required as the base weight or size of the product does not reflect the actual cost of the shipping charges for the item or items. We have NOT added any additional fees to the product itself as we want to provide the lowest cost of shipping/handling possible. If your item(s) require the large size or special shipping methods, the additional charge will be displayed in the shopping cart.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS: We can and will ship products to Canada, but the receiver must pay for any duty, tax, VAT or fees imposed by the Canadian Government or by UPS to complete the shipment.
The product(s) is sent from Las Vegas, Nevada and the receiver agrees that any additional fees will be paid by them.
UPS automatically insures each item up to $100, so you don't get charged for that amount.
